Paper Abstract:      The tendency as far as educational models are concerned in state Portuguese schools has been changing since 2000, when the Portuguese educational policies came to the agreement whereas the information and communication technologies (ICT) are becoming more and more important to the development of the country. Since then a few steps were done since the majority of objectives are still delayed. This paper is based on a mixed model: virtual and traditional educational models which are being tested in a particular Portuguese state school in Lisbon where two classes of a Computer Operator (CO) course were created as a pilot experiment from which data were collected. This model is an essential constructivist learning model approach using Moodle (e-learning platform) and other materials and tools such as Web based, technological ones, and so on and traditional materials.
